At Stop2cart, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates and to all international destinations. All products in our catalog share the same delivery times, shipping costs, and shipping methods.

All orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT+4), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Handling Time

Our warehouse handling time is as follows:

  • Minimum Handling Time: 3 business days
  • Maximum Handling Time: 5 business days
  • Handling Days: Monday to Friday

During this time, your order is packed, verified, and prepared for shipment.

4. Transit Time

Transit time begins after handling time and varies by destination.

For United Arab Emirates and All International Destinations:

  • Minimum Transit Time: 7 business days
  • Maximum Transit Time: 10 business days
  • Transit Days: Monday to Friday

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time includes handling + transit time.

  • All Destinations (UAE & International): Estimated 10–15 business days, depending on customer location and courier speed.

This estimated range is provided to maintain compliance with Google’s delivery policy accuracy requirements.

6. Shipping Costs

We provide simple, transparent shipping options:

United Arab Emirates

  • Free Shipping on orders of 100 AED or more
  • Orders below 100 AED may include a delivery charge of 25 AED (shown at checkout).
  • Shipping is charged in AED equivalent during checkout, based on real-time conversion.

International Destinations

  • Shipping is charged in the customer’s local currency or the currency chosen at checkout.
  • Exchange rates depend on the selected payment method (PayPal, card provider, local gateway, etc).
  • Free shipping is applied to orders equivalent to 100 AED or more (converted at checkout).

7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Items

If your order is:

  • Delayed,
  • Lost during transit, or
  • Delivered damaged,

you must contact us within 7 business days of the expected or actual delivery date.

Filing a Claim

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Delivery date
  • Photos (if damaged)
  • Tracking details

We will open a claim with the courier and update you promptly.

8. Starting a Return (Shipping-Related Issues)

If you wish to return an item due to shipping damage or delivery error:

  3. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if your case is approved
  4. Returns are accepted by mail only

9. Return Approval

All returns due to damage, shipping errors, or lost items must be approved by our support team before shipping the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once approved, customers will receive full instructions and a prepaid return label.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

To provide a seamless international experience:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in our product pricing or shipping charges.
  • You will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
