2. Orders & Shipping
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add products to your cart, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.
Q: What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT+4) (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Our delivery timeline includes handling + transit:
- Handling Time: 3–5 business days
- Transit Time: 7–10 business days (UAE & international)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days, depending on your location
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United Arab Emirates and all international countries.
Q: Where can I ship my order?
Shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact support for assistance.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping for all orders of 100 AED or more
- For orders below 100 AED, shipping fees vary by region and appear at checkout
- International shipping costs are displayed in your local currency or the currency selected at checkout
Q: Will I receive customs, duties, or tax charges?
No. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in our product or shipping prices. You will not pay additional fees on delivery.
3. Order Management
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are handed over to our delivery partner. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Our order cut-off time is 7:00 PM (GMT+4), Sunday to Saturday.
Q: Where can I see my order receipt?
Receipts are emailed immediately after checkout and can be found in your Stop2cart account dashboard under Order History.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for defective and non-defective items if they meet our eligibility criteria.
Q: What is your return window?
Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Q: What condition must the product be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be:
- New
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
