At Stop2cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear, fair, and compliant return and refund process. This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers in the United Arab Emirates and all international countries where we ship.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we offer customers the ability to cancel their orders under the following conditions:
- You may cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to our delivery partner.
- Once an order has been dispatched or handed to the courier, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- Our daily order cut-off time is 7:00 PM (GMT+4), Sunday to Saturday.

If your order has not yet been transferred to our courier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
3. Do We Accept Returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
4. Do We Accept Exchanges?
Yes. You may exchange your item for another product of equal value, subject to availability.
5. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be new.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned in full.
Products that appear used, opened, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.

You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be made by mail only at Shop 20, Cluster Building L03, International City Greece, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We do not accept in-person returns at our physical address at this time.
8. Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package. If you need a new label, contact us at Info@stop2cart.com and we will send you a replacement.
9. Return Shipping Cost
Stop2cart covers the cost of return shipping. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges.
10. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 10 days.
- Refunds are issued in your local currency, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
11. Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)
Although we accept most returns, certain categories may be restricted due to health, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
